1. The store does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the end device of the store user and are intended to use the websites of the store. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storing them on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The provider of cookies and access to the store’s end device is the operator of the store.
  4. Cookies are used to:
    • Customize the content of the store websites to your preferences and optimise your use of the websites; In particular, these files allow to recognize the device of the store user and display the website appropriately tailored to their individual needs;
    • Create statistics that help you understand how store users use websites to improve their structure and content;
  5. The store uses two basic types of cookies: Session cookies and “persistent” cookie files. Session Cookies are temporary files that are stored on the user’s terminal device until the website is left or the software (Web browser) is disabled. “Persistent” cookies are stored in the user’s end device for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the user.

    • “Necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available within the store, e.g. Authenticating cookies used for services requiring authentication within the store;
    • Security cookies, such as those used to detect fraud in the store;
    • “Performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information about the use of the store’s websites;
    • “Functional” cookies, which allow the user to “remember” the settings and personalise the user interface, e.g. In respect of the selected language or region from which the user, font size, appearance of the website, etc. are derived;
    • “Advertising” cookies, allowing users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.
  7. In many cases, the software used to browse the Web (Web browser) allows the storage of cookies on the user’s terminal device by default. Users of the store can make changes to the cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the Internet browser, or to inform them each time they are placed in the store user’s device.   8. The store Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities available on the store’s websites.
  9. Cookies placed on the store’s end device and may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the store operator.
